Fall Fun!!

*We have enjoyed fall time this year, and have enjoyed a couple of activities. First, we went to the Puallup Fair (picture with Ike on the motorcycle). We saw all sorts of farm animals, living in the city doesn't give the kids the opportunity that I had to see cows and horses on a regular basis, it was like a going to the zoo, and they loved it. Isaac experienced fishing for the first time while at the fair, which prompted Ben to get him a real fishing pole, so one day this fall, they took a real fishing trip!! No fish were caught,but they had an enjoyable time.

*We made it to a Pumpkin Patch and brought home a lot mud with our fun shaped pumpkins!!

*We had fun getting ready for Halloween. Ike's favorite thing to do everyday is to dress up, so getting him to wear a costume was no problem, it was harder getting him to decide which "super hero" he wanted to be for the day. We did spend some time making some incredibly looking Buzzlightyear wings, only to find out that they do indeed sell them at the store for a fairly low price. Ike's favorite part of halloween was finding a friend who enjoys Buzzlightyear as much as he does. They became best friends at the "Trunk or Treat" party at the church. Sabrina was pretty fond of her dyed green tights that matched her elf costume party, and we received plenty of candy to hand out as "potty treats" for the next week or so.
